Part 2: How to Find Apartment Deals From Real Estate Brokers

A very obvious way to find deals: get a broker to bring you on market deals. That being said, it can be a lot easier said than done to earn a good broker’s trust. Theo has covered that in detail before, and will summarize on this episode. Then he’ll discuss how to get on their list for deals, because unlike residential shopping, there is no centralized MLS for large apartment deals.
